Pet-friendly policy, secure bicycle storage, community hub atmosphere
Check-in process entirely chaotic!!! Lack of adequate maintenance led to discomfort with faulty facilities!!! Access to dining options is severely limited, making evenings less enjoyable!!! Soundproofing issues from adjoining rooms need addressing!!!

The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise with yogurt and cereal, perfect for a leisurely start. My room was clean as a whistle and comfy enough for a good night’s kip. Plus, that kettle and fridge were a proper bonus for late-night snacks!
As far as Queen's Arms go, Acomb is right on top of a steep hill, meaning I had to trek into Hexham for my evening grub.

We had a decent stay at this hotel with a couple of friends. The place is cozy, and our room had essentials like a microwave and tea maker, which came in handy after our outings. We took time out to enjoy the nearby Stocksfield Golf Club, which was a fun experience.
For dads, it would be great to see better cleanliness in the rooms.

The Small Double Room was surprisingly nice! I loved having a fridge and microwave, perfect for late-night snacks. The bed was comfy, giving me the best night’s sleep. Just a heads up, it could really use blackout curtains for those who prefer total darkness when sleeping. But overall, I was happy with it during my stay!

The location is perfect for exploring the area, being just a short drive to Hadrian's Wall. The classic triple room was basic but had convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave, making it feel more homely. While the room was generally clean, it could use some refreshing. The absence of dining options means you need to venture out for meals, but breakfast items provided in the room were a nice touch.
